The Disdainer Dignity Declaration simply gives public voice to those of us who object to words and language used in the public arena with or without music, to degrade our women, corrupt our children and thug emblazon our men.  We demand that Black culture specific assault words such as n----r, b—h and ho, as expressed by all performers including by rap artists and comedians and delivered by all media, print and electronic, TV stations, music and recording companies.

A “dignify me” request will add your name to the “Declaration” is divided into two (2) sections: A) Individual and B) Organization.

While you may submit identifying information such as address and telephone numbers, we will only post name, town or city and state.

Our ban demand is social not legal.  We want the above words and language to be as socially and culturally unacceptable as are the K and S words.

DISDAINER DIGNITY DECLARATION

We the undersigned believe that words such as N—r, B—h, ho and the language, lyrics and the rap music commonly associate with it are injurious to Black culture.  African-American children are, corrupted, Black females brutalized and Black males (in perception criminalized by that negative anti Black messages, lyrics, and music and images incessantly driven into our domestic and global consciousness.

We there fore demand that the above words in particular and negative language in general be socially and culturally banned from public use, promotion, promulgation, publishing and recording by the music and entertainment industry including radio station, TV station, all performers, rappers and comedians.
